Managing under pressure
The conversion of a ship is a task that requires, in addition to technical work, the management of a series of administrative processes, including importing equipment and planning all phases of the conversion to have the necessary materials.

At ISP, we have successfully carried out several conversions, including a barge converted into a cement plant that required the construction and equipment for system loading and unloading.
We also performed retrofit tasks for a crisis response barge in the Port of San Francisco, CA.
In these projects, collaboration between team members was key to a quality completion on time.
Managing under pressure requires skills that our team has demonstrated to master.
