When reacting “out of the box” makes the difference

Things don’t always go according to plan. One of the values that customers appreciate today is a team’s ability to react to problems and be flexible in finding innovative solutions.

At ISP, we were faced some time ago with the need to adjust a client’s project that required the manufacture of a different structure than the original design. ISP’s engineering team reacted with an “out of the box” proposal that amended a possible error in the original project and provided a timely solution, allowing the vessel to be delivered on time.

In our organizational culture, staff in all areas recognize the importance of being empathetic with clients and understanding their needs.
